Paddlewheel, Fixed Insertion
Rotating paddlewheel flow transmitters are sensors with electrical transmission output for remote indication of liquid flow rate. Fixed insertion length models are available in this category. Also available are fittings and tees that allow the accurate sensor to be inserted in a wide range of pipe sizes.
- Series PDWS
- Low Friction Bearings, Long Life, 1/2 to 8" Pipe (12.7 to 203 mm)
Paddlewheel Flow Sensor uses the rotation of an impeller to measure flow. Flow pushes the rotor and the rotation is detected by a Hall-effect sensor.
